GLTaC reached a significant milestone in its corporate history on 16 July 2010 when we received our ISO 9001:2008 registration certificate for Translation Services.
Since 2010, GLTaC has successfully passed all annual surveillance audits and recertification audits conducted by BSI.
The areas covered by the registration are:
- Receiving client requests and sending quotes
- Human Translation (HT)
- Machine-Aided Translation
- Machine Translation (MT)
- QA/QC of the translations
- Sending completed files to the client
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
The effort required involved the entire staff at GLTaC and demonstrates our commitment to quality and service. Our investment in both time and money to achieve this goal reflects our drive to remain competitive within the translation industry and our long-term focus.
