The General translation service’s focus is on quality at a lower price. The translations have the same level of accuracy and quality as our technical SDS translation service, so they will fall under our ISO and ASTM certified services. The General translation service allows for a maximum of 1000 English source words for translation with a completed translated file returned five business days after receiving the project’s approval.
We do have a rush option which can speed up your returned translation to be three business days after receiving the project’s approval at the rate of 1.5x the general translation rate. Since some languages have a higher price point, there are some limitations to target languages.
Since quality is a focus for the General translation service, GLTaC will provide an internal review of the translations, and we will also allow for Q&A to be conducted with our translators and clients. In addition, to ensure a quality file is returned, we can provide a file conversion and formatting service at an additional cost.
